The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is the UK's premier management organisation, combining industry-leading qualifications and specialist member services. Mdina Partnership is an approved ILM centre so we design the relevant programme content and assessment methodology with each client, which allows the delegates to gain an ILM level 5 Award, Certificate or Diploma qualification in management.

The programmes are designed around the needs of the organisation whilst complying with the mandatory and optional units required by ILM.

The assessments are work based and are aimed at solving real issues that affect the organisation.

Students can either elect to gain an Award, Certificate or Diploma level or achieve each level as a staged approach.
