Client brief – free consultation

We aim to clearly understand and agree the objectives of the development, the desired results and the measurements of success of the development.

From this a proposal is generated to reflect those discussions together with the financial investment and no hidden extras.

Programme research

We aim to gather as much information and data about the current situation depending on the requirement using a structure of questions under the following headings:–

DirectionWhat are we trying to achieve?
AccountabilityWhat is our role in that direction?
MeasurementHow are we measured in that role?
AuthorityWhat is our level of authority?
CommunicationHow do we communicate?
AttitudeWhat is our approach?

This research could include 1-2-1 interviews with relevant personnel and aims to reveal further issues to tackle but also helps the delegates feel ownership of the planned development programme.

The research stage helps us to contextualise the programmes and tools to include the language and terminology used within the organisation. The final touches can now be made to the development programme.
